Your room is ready on the day of arrival from 4 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, that’s no problem at all. Even if your room may not be available yet, you can park your car in the back and go on a walk or bike ride.

On the day of departure, we’d like to have the room available for cleaning at 11 a.m. If you would like a late check-out, that’s possible by agreement up to 2 p.m., at an additional cost of 35 euro.
You can book your room very easily using our online system. You can also pay online and you will receive an immediate confirmation. You can also mail us at info@molmento.be or give us a ring on +32 (0)498 61 41 31. Whatever you choose, if you book directly with us, we guarantee you the best price and a personal welcome.
An extensive breakfast is included in the price of the room. If for some reason you do not wish to have breakfast, just let us know before your stay.
Kristien is a nutritional consultant and uses this knowledge every day. We adapt our breakfast according to your preferences, and as much as possible is home-made. So if you would like a gluten-free or lactose-free menu, or you prefer sugar-free, just let us know a few days before your stay and we’ll take care of it so you can simply relax and enjoy yourself. A vegetarian breakfast is also possible.
If you book your room online, you can pay online as well. If you prefer to book by email or telephone, you can pay by bank transfer: a 25 % deposit to confirm your booking, and the rest of the amount is due two weeks before arrival. Note that we don’t have electronic payment options, so other costs (e.g. drinks) can only be paid in cash.
Mol charges a tourist tax, but this is included in our room price. So there is nothing more for you to pay.
We are just a small B&B, and because we have noticed that one-night stays often prevent others from coming for a longer stay, we ask for a minimum stay of 2 nights from May 1st until September 30th, with the exception of last-minute reservations (less than two weeks before).
And we can assure you that life is so brilliant at Molmento and there are so many exciting things to do that one night is simply not enough!

A cancellation is unpleasant for both you and us. You were dreaming of getting away for a few days, and we reserved a room for you. Free cancellation is possible until two weeks before the arrival date. After that, we charge 75 % of the total cost, and for cancellation within 24 hours or less we need to charge you the full amount. If you make a reservation for three or four rooms, the free cancellation period is doubled to four weeks before arrival.

But let’s say that you can always call us if something unexpected happens, and perhaps we can make some other arrangement.

Children are most welcome at Molmento – we can put a cot or child’s bed in room 1 or 3 – but we have to admit that our bed and breakfast is not specifically set up for them. We don’t have any playground equipment or a swimming pool.
Our barn cat Beatle lives outdoors. So even if you’re allergic to cats or dogs, you can stay very comfortably at Molmento. For the same reason, we don’t allow pets at our accommodation. Only if you wish to book all the rooms can we make an exception. Please give us a call to discuss this.
We have free Wi-Fi in the common room as well as in the rooms.
Our guest parking is in our back yard. We have one parking space for each room.
We have a separate storage room for your bikes. You can only gain admission using your room key. You can also charge your e-bikes.
We haven’t got any rental bikes because it’s very difficult to know what you and other guests need. You can rent bikes here https://www.desprongvzw.be/fietsenatelier.
